Lush Cosmetic's Grease Lightning helps me out fantastically! It contains tea tree oil which will help dry up a pimple fast without irritating the skin. Another thing to look into is sulfur, if you're not allergic to it. It's great for acne prone skin. Mario Badescu has several acne products that are worth looking into. For fast relief, try their drying lotion. You just dab it on the blemish at night, and 9 times out of 10 it will be gone by the morning or at least shrink it in size significantly. It contains calamine lotion too so it's really good for redness and itching. Hope this helps!
