I'm going to the beach in about a month and my back acne is so embarrassing. My dermatologist hasn't been doing much to help me except for a prescription of ziana(?) ointment. It helped a little at first but now my acne has gotten much worse. Do you girls know of any way to help clear it up before bikini season?

Try a body spray after your showers! Neutrogena makes a good one with salicylic acid, but there is also a nicer one from Murad. A common misstep also is skipping moistruizer. I also suffer from bacne and it never cleared up though I was doing the right things. I used an oil free moistruizer after all acne washes and it started clearing up! Lastly make sure to wash out shampoo and conditioner from your hair thoroughly so it doesn't get on your back. Wear loose fitting cotton shirts. Good luck!
