I have the same problem girl! You just have to exfoliate! :)
1)Steam your face or do the following steps after coming out of a hot bath/shower

2) Dampen a washcloth or any towel in hot water and gently rub the area that is flaky is small small circular motions. Don't worry if your skin gets red, its just the friction causing more blood flow
3) Rinse off with cold water (not too cold) to tighten and close the pores
4) Apply moisturizer! :)
