I was my hair daily... I can't get myself to not wash it daily. How do I "train" my hair to not get washed every day without looking gross. Any suggestions? Or shampoo I could use that would be safe daily? Tips or ticks?! Anything!

I am in the process of this too! I've been co-washing every other day and for the first few weeks my hair would sometimes just look so greasy! basically I just learned creative ways to hide it! hats and I became good friends :) also I've never tried it but I hear apple cider vinegar in your hair reduces build up and would maybe speed up the process? :)

Any sort of neutrogena anti residue shampoo works well. However, you don't want to use it if your hair is colored and it will need to be followed by a good quality conditioner such as infusium.

If its greasy try baby powder, that really works. If it looks dirty I got a spray called invisible dry shampoo. Just spray it on dry hair and brush
