I usually buy high waisted jeans from thrift stores and then cut them and style them to my own length. I subtly cut them longer in the back so that my butt cheeks don't hang out!

Honestly, I find a lot of high waisted things (this may kill you) in the women's section rather than the juniors. I bought a pair of them at kohls last year in the women's department and I adore them.
