That does look very very pretty on you, but it'll be SUPER damaging. I'd suggest getting lighter highlights(2-3 shades lighter than your hair each time) every few months to gradually get that light. That way it minimizes how damaging it would be if you didn't all at once

You have to do it, it looks so beautiful on you! It is ridiculously damaging, so definitely give your hair time to heal in between bleachings and toning. Get some great deep conditioners (like Aussie 3 Minute Miracle) and do lots of hot oil treatments.

I'd suggest talking to Natalie, I forget her last initial but she's probably answered something around here recently, her or Cali V. I think they both have white/silver blonde hair and could give you some tips probably :)

I think it's only especially damaging when you get it done too soon and too frequently. I've had my hair blonde and brunette off and on for ten years and its still super healthy. also...if you look at Cara Lorens YouTube videos.. Whitening Lightning Pen: http://youtu.be/3fiMd0kURwo you will see how healthy hers looks. I think a skilled stylist and patience will get me there :-)
