I agree with ame tea tree is a great anti bacterial oil.

I suffer from the same and I use a q tip dipped in tea tree essential oil (15 % strength and take care not to get it in your eyes) and apply on the area overnight, they're gone by the morning.

I use witch hazel and aloe for a few days after as a preventative measure. (same thing happened first time I had mine done)
