I'm interested to see what everyone has loved and hated this year

I started loving Loreal's version of a cowash for hair but after a couple of uses the strong scent started making me ill. And it made my husband's asthma flair-up whenever I used it. Wet n Wild waterproof liquid liner. It was a total nightmare to remove and it burned my eyes. What I loved....Hourglass liquid lip rouges. My lips stay matte and flawless for at least 8 hours without drying my lips out. Armani Maestro liquid foundation for the perfect finish it provides even though it was a hated product at the beginning for me ( I just wasn't applying it correctly).

this year i started loving gel liners, cat eyes, eye primers, high buns, fish tail braids, matte lipsticks and contouring my face. I'm new to all of it :)

good question! hmm loves, I would have to say I'm really glad I discovered Makeup Geek Gel liner & eye shadow. my royal & langnickel revolution brushes and Hourglass Mineral Veil are all things I got into this year. fails for me are the Kat Von D foundation , ELF mascara and that too faced better than false lashes the fibers got in my eyes and I couldn't see! I kept trying it. I watched tutorials to see what I was doing wrong and I just could not make it work. honestly mascara shouldn't be that hard !

@Liza C. Hourglass is releasing a collection of illuminating pressed powders that look absolutely beautiful. That release has me looking forward to spring big time. The shades are fine enough to either use as an all over illumination or just to highlight sections.
