Well I am planning for a special romantic dinner at home with my husband trying to come up with ways to set the mood all day long. Start with sending flowers to him at work with a sassy note tht gives hints about the night it's type of surprise well my problem is I am seeking suggestions what should I wear? By the way I am kinda skinny, and any makeup and hairstyle ideas thnx in advance for your consideration.

First, I think since it's a surprise your look should be a bit mysterious and half bold.
1) hair, romantic curls 4 sure.something like what Chanel posted.
2)Also, don't go for kid colors. Choose colors that make you look different. Like avoid pinks and baby blues and stuff like that. I would go with a deep red, maroon, forest green. Maybe a body con dress of those colors
2) makeup should definitely look simple yet mysterious and interesting. A smoky look would be perfect, maybe keep away from shimmer though, a subtle gold shimmer would be then. For lips, since it's a "date" night., don't wear empowering lipstick. Wear a nude lipstick. Hope that helps Nanou!! :)

Then I would maybe do some neutral eyeshadow and a lip color close to your natural lips maybe use a lip stain so that it doesn't transfer onto your husband lol. and I think a red tight dress would be hot and maybe curl your hair and put it into a ponytail so it shows of your face and your body.
