How to use the Nars tinted moisturizer.

Can I just apply it after my toner or should I use my regular moisturizer before applying the Nars moisturizer? And will it replace my foundation?

I usually clean my face, use a small amount of primer and apply the Nars. For me, when I do wear it, it replaces my foundation. I set w a powder to finish the look.
