So I'm getting quite a lot of whiteheads lately and I wanted to know the cause and ways to prevent it and if its happened what to do..

It must hormones or bacterias.
try to stop touching your face and eat healthy. Also try to get masks to get rid of it.

A white head is called a comedo. It is a clogged pore and that's why it appears white because its between the pore and epidermis. A black head is the same thing as a whitehead but the top part is exposed so it oxidizes and goes black. You can treat it with salicylic acid and try to extract yourself with a blackhead extractor tool. Or if not go to a professional to get a facial. I have them too. I use salicylic acid and they have minimized but they are hard to remove completely ( in my experience). Hope it helps. :)
