Concealer- or try holding an ice cube wrapped in cloth on it for a little before the dance.

You don't want to irritate it so that it reduces in size/swelling.
I recommend maybe applying some aloe vera to it ( which contains salicylic acid ).
I like to apply a couple of drops of it onto a cotton ball and hold it gently against any blemishes. Usually the redness and swelling goes down. I wouldn't use any treatments at the moment to dry it out because then it will just appear cakey underneath it.
Apply some neosporin on it and later tonight it should go down!
A green concealer cancels redness and apply concealer the same shade or darker, not lighter as light brings forth ☺

If everything goes south, but on some concealer and make it into a lil beutymark with a brown pencil! I recommend a ice to get the swelling to go down :) have fun tonight xx
