I would stay away from wearing eyeshadow since the liner itself is dramatic, if you want a little more dept sweep some bronzer in your crease and a very natural color on eyelid. Also, a bold lip with that look would be really classy :)

I agree with Ravneet, if you do a bold eyeliner, you should let it stand out on its own. It'll look good without eyeshadow :)

I find it easiest to do with a gel liner and a brush. If you don't have that, use one of your mascaras and a thin paint brush.
