Eyeliner transfers to lower lashline *__*

Every time I apply my eyeliner and it looks great but a few minutes later, it smudges on my lashline, I've tried using shadow to set it but it smudges too! Any other ideas?

Have you used eye primer on the lash line yet? and after add the shadow to help set it after primer then go in with a well set water proof liner pencil or cream or gel.

Use a water proof eyeliner and see if that helps 😊

This happens to me all the time, just rub away the eyeliner on the bottoms lash line when it goes on :p after the second of third time it should be good :) no matter what I try it still happens and touching it up is the only way for me :p.

Try the nars larger than life eyeliners they're awesome I had the same problem but now I don't
