Foundation or Concealer first?

I don't put any of them but when I watch videos girls always put foundation first.
I guess it's cuz the concealer is lighter

I put foundation on first and then concealer because I don't want to put concealer on a blemish that the foundation will coverup just fine on its own

I do a correcting color concealer like yellow or green then a very light layer of concealer over that, then my foundation, then my normal concealer.

Foundation on first as the concealer I use is a shade lighter than my foundation

If I have any blemishes I will go in first with a green concealer, then do foundation, and then go back with a regular concealer for my undereyes and blemishes. If my skin is pretty clear, I skip the first step. I find that if I do a regular concealer first it just wipes away when I blend my foundation in.

I apply foundation first but I avoid under the eyes because I KNOW) I'm going to need concealer.
