Always put concealer on after foundation that way it's full coverage, if you put it in before foundation it will just get lost in the foundation and you won't have much coverage.

Went with a friend to one of her photo shoots and the artist put it on before. I've tried both and get good coverage either way so it shouldnt matter :)

I put it on after foundation because I use concealer to highlight under my eyes.

I would apply it after, the reason being foundation isn't meant to cover everything, it is meant to even things out and cover a little, then you go in with concealer and get what the foundation didn't, you also waste less product this way.

Don't really use any - I used to do it before.
After putting on foundation alone once, it was pretty clear that I didn't need any.
