NARS PRIMER IS ACTUALLY REALLY MATTIFYING. The one in the square box. I HAVE OILY skin , and it does a freaking good job of matifying. Only thing, you really have to apply your foundation right away after using it or else it goes flakey but can easily remove the flakes.

Blot face with a tissue before applying your powder to set your foundation and concealer And also use green tea as a toner x
