I have short hair and it's naturally curly so it's goes up more and looks shorter.
my gf said to straighten it but I don't want to use any heat so my hair won't damage and grow faster.
but I want the hair styles to look cute and not always up... Any pics :(?

You get what you pay for. Go to a stylist who's had continued education within the last year. There is even free education for stylists online, so there is no excuse.
