Get Essie's 'matte about you' then you can choose any color you want then use that as a topcoat!

Where do you live ? Here where I'm at we have alot of matte colors. But their are many matte topcoats you can buy!

NYC's matte top coat is excellent and is around $2 depending on where u live...

Elf, Essie, and Hard Candy all have nice matte top coats. As far as matte polishes, I have never seen any.

Zoya has a variety of matte colors. They are all so beautiful as well!

I've only used Essie's and it's worked great for me and isn't too expensive.

I've also heard adding cornstarch gives the same effect, maybe look up a tutorial? :)
