My hair is so lifeless I hate how flat it is its really fine and kinda thin I have no idea how to make it have more of a voluminous look! That's my hair it's way flatter than it appears

washing your hair upside down in the shower using a volumizing shampoo using a volumizing mousse and hair style wise curling your make look like it has more body and volume

I would suggest some layers. Use a root boost like big sexy hair and blow dry with a round brush. Or if unable to work a round brush on own hair use big Velcro rollers hit with a blow dryer leave for about 20 min remove and run fingers thru hair.

straighten it at the root the opposite way that it falls! for example, on the right side of your head, pull a strand of hair up, position the flat iron at the root and flip it towards the left side of your head. Clip it to that side until it cools. hairspraying it helps but you don't really need to. I do this all the time and people always comment on how volumized my hair is! Try it out! hope this helps.
