Sounds like your skin is actually being dried out by this product but no worries! Just make sure you use a gentle face wash followed by a moisturizer then the acne gel. I know you might feel like moisturizer will make it worse but when your skin is dried out it produces more oil to compensate. So, to balance it all out you'll have to moisturize. This is really helpful for me too bc my skin is really oily as is sometimes! My forehead is in a constant war with my acne treatments!

Noelle, I couldn't have said it better myself. I prefer Nivea Cream when I moisturize. Drink water and wash well. Just be healthy, that alone can help your skin get better.
