Alright so I have a few suggestions. It isn't the most inexpensive nor expensive but, I recommend the Naked Basics Palette. You get five beautiful shadows for 27/28 dollars, and lemme tell you that is a deal. UB is fabulous quality.
I also recommend checking out the following brands;
- Coastal Scents
- BH Cosmetics
- Elf Cosmetics
- Nyx Cosmetics
All are very inexpensive and fairly good quality. When purchasing cosmetics you get what you pay for, so you must keep that in mind doll. Hope this helped, and have a marvelous day!:)))

Stila in the light or in the know palettes are bomb! they are very pigmented and have great colours. in he light has a mix of finishes where as in the know has all matte.
I also really like sleek palettes, they are affordable and great quality. I like the storm palette, oh so special and au naturel (au naturel has some chalky unpigmented shades)
