I bite my nails a lot. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help me stop. Thanks!

Try gel extensions, had the same problem since a little kid. Now my nails are really long since gel is really hard to bite ;p.

This is a nail polish... And it is TERRIBLE tasting. I had a nail biting problem to until I used this. I LOVE IT!
