I'm going to see The Little Mermaid tomorrow night, and don't know what to do for makeup. I'll ask have grey tights and black heels with my dress, since it is still below freezing here.

Keep focus on the dress-bring in a slivery grey from the tights as an accent on a nude smoke look. or at least that's what I'd do. you could wear a teal lower liner with a black wing on top to match the geometric thing going on.

A black structured jacket or a leather jacket would be great with that dress. For makeup you could do thick winged liner with lips the berry color in your dress or red

I like Sara's idea a lot! colourful makeup would clash a little since the dress has lots of colours. You should do a dramatic winged liner with a berry or red lip. Maybe add a THIN silver second wing directly on the top outline of your liner if you'd like.
