I have a friend who works for NM but not for the Cusp division. She is miserable at the company. She completed their management training program after she graduated from college. Upper management is often clueless and if you aren't favored by them they make things difficult for you on the job. The pay...not the greatest. I'm trying to get her into Nordstrom where I spent a spent a few years with (they truly know how to treat their employees). If you are looking to get into retail management working for NM is a great to have on the resume but its not a company to advance in career-wise.
