Also always remember.. White eyeliner = big eyes.
Black eyeliner = makes eyes smaller.

Line your lower waterline with a white pencil and I agree with a bold lip color. Anything pinky or red will look amazing on you.

A more vibrant cheek color will brighten you up and make you look happy. There is nothing more beautiful than a happy, smiling face with a pretty flush. I suggest Nars Deep Throat.
