Many people Have those little red bumps on their upper arm and I feel like I have too many! Mine are dry and sometimes itch :/ anything you guys know that could help?

If it's not keratosis pilaris. Try exfoliating and using a moisturizer.

Keratosis Pilaris. I have it on my arms & thighs. See if you can get a hold of AmLactin cream, it works amazing to even out bumps. I got mine from a derm but I've seen it in drugstores too. Mine was in a tube & said 12% on it, I think.
