Accessories w/ this dress and hair for middle school prom?

So I already have my prom dress and hair style here:

And I need maybe a hairbow, necklace, ring, earrings, that are cheap. The jewelry could be fake, I don't mind.
And I need shoes.I mostly prefer flats or heels, but closed toe, and the heels can't be over 3.5 inches in a size 6.5.
Also some leggings or tights to go with it would be nice to.
