I use a lot of Revlon lipsticks. Those stay on pretty well with minimum touch ups, depending on the formula. I honestly prefer the matte formula better than any others. I've also had good luck with MAC and believe it or not Jordana of all brands. I think Jordana is kind of the unsung hero of lipsticks. Most people look at them and think EWWWWW but they are surprisingly good quality for as cheap as they are.

i think covergirl lipperfection lipsticks are the longest lasting ive tried. i believe this is because the color actually stains your lips. ive also heard good things about sephora store brand lipstick lasting all day too.
