@Laura, I used the Stila Countless Color pigments in Encore and Tie Dye for the blue, pink, and purple. you should look for them on Hautelook, they sell them for super cheap! The mint green is a random pigment from Hot Topic. eyeliner used was the Lorac pen liner and also Milani's black pen liner for the wing. mascara is tarte's lights, camera, lashes. :)
