Help! so this is kinda gross, but I have really bad acne on my back and shoulders and chest and sternum. is there any ways that you guys know of to help get rid of it. I've heard of some DIY things to do, but I'm not sure if they work. I have somewhat sensitive combination skin. please help.

I use Neutrogena's body scrub and it works pretty well clearing up my body acne.
