Always make sure you do your eyes first if your working with glitter. I always start with eyes anyway, because I don't want any fallout to comprise the makeup look. You can defiantly use scotch tape to take off the fallout, just be careful if you have face makeup on. If you don't have any on, you can also take a makeup wipe and try to wipe off the rest. Another tip is to apply a generous amount of powder under your eyes before doing glitter, and wipe it all off with a fan brush at the end!
You can also buy Shadow Shields, witch you stick underneath your eyes before doing makeup, which I've heard great things about!
