First you'll need to bleach the ends of your hair. Seperate your hair on either side of your head and tie it into pig-tails. Either get a bleach kit, or just a tub of bleach powder and developer. Leave the bleach in for 20-45 minutes. Rinse out the bleach from your hair but dont shampoo or condition. Dry your hair, then apply whatever dye you have. Try Speacial Effects or Sally Hansen Ion Color Brilliance Brights.
