BAD acne scars

I am(still) recovering from moderate-severe acne, but the scars are much worse. I was a chronic pimple-popper(I swear; it's so gross; but addictive!), and now I have these tiny, horrible crevasses in my skin. They look weird. I also have regular acne scarring.

I've heard that it takes about a year for scars to heal conetey, but is there any way J could have it done after? Thanks all!!
