Foundations are one of the tough ones for budget-friendly options, in my opinion! ELF's mineral foundations are great. Boots is available at Target, the foundations are around $15 but I've found them to be really high quality. Bourjois Healthy Mix, but they can be hard to find, if you're in the US. Revlon ColorStay is alright, it's a bit heavy though. For a powder foundation, I really like Milani The Multitasker - plus, it's less than $7 ( you can check out my blog if you want, I've reviewed The Multitasker and Boots Lifting and Firming -http://buyingcrueltyfree.com/blog/ )
