Okay so I'm going shopping today! I have literally one pair of shorts from last year, no skirts, and not many tops:/. Can you give me some tips to get the most out of my money? And maybe help me find some coupons?? Thank you!

I advise you to buy things you can mix and match to make lots of different outfits. While a hot pink dress or graphic T from forever 21 may be and cute and trendy, you can't really get much wear out if it in one season since it's a "statement piece."
I don't know your particular style but I love stocking up on maxi dresses and skirts for spring. I like to pair them with a tank and denim vests.
Also some of my warm weather staples include denim cutoffs and jumpsuits/rompers.

Outlet stores!! TJMaxx I don't know if you have Ross. Shop at outlet stores. They have cute clothes for an amazing price. Like I got a pair of jeans for $15 that were $75 in department stores.

The only advise I have is VISIT THE CLEARANCE RACKS FIRST!! I can not stress that enough.
