How do you make your foundation look more dewey?

There's sprays for that. I believe nyx makes one.

To get a really good dewy look you have to mainly use sheer foundations, cream blushes, and cream highlighters. It's not really recommended for oily skin types though since cream can sometimes or will tend to slide on the face. A finishing spray can also help your foundation look a bit more dewy as well.
