Does MUFE's aquaseal really work?

Can it also make my foundation waterproof? I know most people use it for their eyeliner and eyeshadow but I'm going to a pool party and want to cover my horrible acne scars. Also do you apply it before or after applying your makeup?

There is no such thing as a water proof foundation. Water resistant however does exist. You will need to have a good primer the ladies at sephora told me to get the hourglass one and it is definitely one of my favorite primers. Than of course you need a good foundation any one that works for you is good, stage makeup tends to work better. Add a layer of translucent powder so your makeup is set. Than to finish the while process use a stage makeup setting spray like Ben nye final seal. I say stage makeup spray because it will actually seal it to your face and not just make a barrier.
