Hey P! Well, I would suggest using a bit less primer, and also upswing WARM water, to wet your sponge! It will mimic the heat of your fingers which will help it blend more easily! Also, you could try a pore mask once a week!

Rub a little ice on your face before applying makeup! It helps minimize pores.

Some girls don't know this but when applying to much foundation on your face can cause your foundation to cake up. Maybe try less of the foundation.
