🍳Primer for oily skin?🍳

I can't seem to find a good primer that won't make me an oil slick.

I already tried the Benefit Porefessional primer and the Smashbox primer and both made me oily after an hour! Even if I just wore the primer alone. Should I try the Stay Flawless primer or a different brand?

Try one that doesn't have a silicone base to it or at least less silicone. (The ones you used have a silicone base and one girl said it makes her oily skin worst.)

Try hourglass or a mattifying primer I like the cover FX one also a matte setting powder helps too - I also like the cover FX one and the tarte smooth operator.

I love the rimmel stay matte primer I'm really oily and my face melts off right away but with this primer I don't see shine at all :)

Makeup forever HD primer in 0 (the clear one) I have really oily skin but love foundations like nars sheer glow and MUFE HD but without that primer my face would be an oil slick and it helps a lot! Also look into mattifying foundations like MUFE mat velvet

Definitely avoid silicone based ones. I have very oily skin and have added in a moisturizer that has glycerin in it which I find helps with my oily skin and for a primer I like to use milk of magnesia
