What's your skin type? (Oily, combo, dry, normal)
Do you have a good skin care regime? Like do you cleanse, tone, moisturize, every day and night? Exfoliate once or twice a week or use a gentle exfoliator daily?

I would say normals skin and I don't put anything on my face except I wash it daily and once a while I wear mascara but I wash it of after.

You should moisturize always no matter what skin type, and you should use a gentle water based moisturizer day & night after cleaning your face.

Also you could buy a cream containing benzoyl peroxide and apply it at night after cleaning and before moisturuzer.

1. Start by getting down to a regular skin care routine. Make sure to wash your face every morning and night, apply a toner, spot treatment if needed, and then a moistruizer. If your skin is dry just a face wash with salicylic acid. It exfoliates and helps bring pimple bacteria to the surface. If your face is oilier, benzoyl peroxide would work for you! It can be drying so use it generously and moistruize after.
2. Diet and exercise is another big factor in your skin. Make sure to exercise a few times a week and always do at least 60 minutes of cardio when working out. Your skin reflects what is on the inside! Eat lots of veggies and fruits and drink lots of water to flush out toxins.
3. Let your skin breath. Wear makeup as little as possible. Also don't overdo acne treatments and face masks because that will only irritate things more. Also do not pop your pimples! The pimple could get deeper and bigger or become a scar which will take over your face even more.
Hope this gives a bit of help!

Any antiac product! They are amazing! I've been using them for years , but be patient.. They won't get rid of your spots permanently but will reduce them and make them less noticeable 😊
