really curly hair:/ Tips for straightening?

So I have really curly hair, it's huge there's a picture of it there, it's naturally like that and I hate it :/ I straighten it nearly every night, but it never stays completely straight, it goes all frizzy and stuff. It takes an hour to straighten.
Any tips on how to straighten it faster and keep it straighter?
