Hey girls, what's the best hair damage repair? I have really damaged fried hair from using my straightener so much. any suggestions? and to keep frizz at bay?

Unfortunately you cannot repair damage that has already been done to hair because your ends are dead and hair grows from your roots so the only thing you can do is prevent damage but you need to start with healthy hair - any damage will need to be removed by cutting it off.
