Black latex leggings would do.as for yhe make ip you can try black eyeliner (pin-up style) but natural lips.for the shoes I would go for some strappy high heel sandals.black.

Oh no lol its not my b-day its my sisters but were going somewhere nice. I really think the legging will look good but I have to find them or I have some high waisted dark blue jeans would that look nice?
