I bought my graduation dress almost two years ago and now that graduation is around the corner (May 10th) I'm at a loss on how to style it. It's a champagne color and the lighting is off in the picture.

I already got the shoes (Steve Madden Carriee) and now I don't know what to do with hair/makeup/accessories. I don't want to go too overboard, but this is a huge day for me and I want to celebrate!

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

This is a cute dress. It's still on trend cos of the high-low style. You can put your hair down and curl it or do a punk knot updo. It's the latest trend today. For makeup make it simple.

If you're wearing the traditional cap with tassel I wouldn't do an updo. I saw too many mishaps happen on stage when people walked up for their degree. I would do a loose all over curling of the hair and makeup...keep it light and simple. You might be overcome with emotion and cry buckets (I know I did).

Congrats by the way Jessica. Yes, the waterproof mascara is a must. I wish I wore it on my day.
