I like Hourglass' Veil Mineral Primer, it's really pricey though.

For drugstore, Revlon photo ready is alright.

I haven't found a drugstore primer I love, and the only primer I do use is Porefessionals by benefit. It's not matte but I love the texture. I have heard that Hourglass has a primer that a lot of people say is good for staying matte.

I use smashbox photo finish light. I can usually go about 6-8 hours before looking a little shiny. ulta has it on sale for $18 tomorrow.
