Just be you! Don't fuss too much over formal writing (spelling is always a must) but apart from that just speak as if you're making conversation.

Allow yourself to sound friendly and approachable whilst sticking to the topic at hand.

Involve your audience. Ask or their input and opinions.

Keep it simple and you can't go far wrong :) I checked it out and it's good so far!
