I throw my hair in a bun wet. Loop it around once and I'll get braids! I haven't had much luck with sea salt spray! But I have fine hair so maybe that's why.

A quick way to do waves with heat but not two much of it and it takes 2 second just grad your hair and twist it then go down the twist with the straighteners. Let go and you have waves x

I do two French twists at night after my shower. I split my bangs in two and then French twist back. I pin it up and wear a hat and sleep on it. When I take it out in the morning I either have waves or curls depending on how tight I twist it! Hope that helped!
