Using a fast drying top coat, combinied with OPIs Drip Dry quick drying drops does the job. It really takes hours for your nail polish to dry all the way through, but this at least gets them surface dry so you can function.

I have "Go Ahead and Dry Me" by Sephora. You just spray it on your nails, and it dries them within 30 seconds! It was only like $8.00 and I think it works better than ice water etc.
