have any of you ladies tried the sephora caviar nail Polish? is it worth the $22 and does it apply as beautifully as all the ads and photos prove it to?

No, I did a DIY with the identical beads from Martha Stewart (I already owned the beads, so it was no cost to me). It was easy and looked cool but the beads come off very easy and they are everywhere. Forget washing your hair, you'll be combing out beads for days. It looks super cool but it more for art not everyday, IMO. This photo shows clear coat and one layer of beads. If I were to do it again I would match the polish to the beads I was using so it were more opaque.

This is my second attempt. I waited for the first layer of beads/polish to harden then applied a second layer of clear polish in hope to make the beads more opaque. #fail The second layer of clear coat took the amethyst tint off of the beads so I was left with 1/2 clear beads and 1/2 purple. #NoteToSelf you can not use a top coat with my method!

This and the velvet finish from sephora are both awesome if you never wash your hands or bath lol
As soon as it gets wet it all falls apart

I have to go against what these ladies are saying. I have the Mother of Pearl Caviar Nails from Sephora and I love them. I washed my hair and lost a max of 2 beads in the shower. If you don't want to try caviar I would recommend their regular polishes, they are the best in my nail bin.
